Delete your MomsAround account

In-app steps

1. Open MomsAround and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile, then Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Read the explanation and confirm the permanent deletion.
5. Complete reauthentication if the app requests it.

What is deleted

The process removes your authentication account, profile, uploaded profile and post images, device tokens, and personal data associated with rooms, plans, conversations, messages, and Community activity according to the service’s deletion rules. You are signed out when deletion succeeds.

What may be retained

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, abuse-report, or safety evidence may be retained only where required by law or necessary to protect members. Retained information is access-restricted and not used for advertising.

Call +1 (213) 584-9224 to request help with account access. Support will verify ownership before helping; never send a password or one-time code.
